All of our raw materials originate from EKO certificied suppliers of which our attention is mainly focused at locally produced raw materials. Our products do not contain artificial additions, no added sugar, free from E-numbers, contain no soy and are suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients.

Wholegrain breadcrumbs (whole-weat flour, salt, yeast), OATS, sea salt, onion, herbs (celery leaf) and spices (CORIANDER).

The nutritional value of the burger-mix is based on a preparation with 50 ml semi-skimmed milk, 80 gr young cheese from Gouda, The Netherlands 48+, 2 small eggs, 1 small onion and 1 tea spoon of dairy butter. 

Allergy information.

Contains gluten and celery. Made in an organization where they also prepare peanuts and other nuts. Contains no soy.

Ingredients gluten free version.

Gluten free OAT flakes, teff, psyllium fiber (dietary fiber), sea salt, onion, herbs and spices (coriander).
